We are happy to accept refunds on all full priced purchases, within 14 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO ENSURE A FULL REFUND
Please return your item(s) with your returns slip, within 14 days and we will refund or exchange your purchase.
Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, item(s) must be in perfect condition with the original tags and packaging when returned. Items purchased from “Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
Refunds will be completed within 10 days of us receiving the returned item. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items and you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We, therefore, strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.
Please follow the steps below to return a purchase correctly:
1. Read our returns policy to ensure your return is eligible.
2. Contact our team at and request a returns authorisation code and our return address.
3. Complete the return slip, writing your return authorisation code in the section provided.
We regret that delivery charges are non refundable, and you will have to pay postage for returned items.
However in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately (email@example.com), so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. We kindly recommend you use a registered and trackable method to return your items to us, as we do not accept liability for lost returns.
Please ensure your items are returned within 14 days, items that are received later than 14 days may not be accepted.
If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at as soon as possible. Please not orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
