Shipping & Delivery

 

The cost of delivery for orders placed within the UK is £4.95, this will be added to the total cost of your order on the checkout screen. For orders shipped outside the Uk the shipping cost is £25. At Amarah london we offer free UK and international shipping on orders over £150. If any customs or duty charges apply in your country, you will be responsible for paying these.

 

All our items are made to order within 5-10 days and the expected delivery time is 3-5 days on orders placed within the Uk and 7-10 days for international.

Once you place an order we will send you a confirmation email. The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your orders delivery status online. Each parcel must be signed for on arrival, to ensure you receive your items safely.

 

Please note: Once your order leaves our studio we are not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel.

We work with trusted couriers, who will be more than happy to assist you if any issues arise. (courier contact details found on shipment confirmation email).
